Support deletion of Tenant using Operator CRD

    Description

      The 3scale Operator does not delete the 3scale tenant on removing the tenant CR

      Request an option to have the tenant deleted immediately as an RFE.

       

      Also, remove the documentation of using Ruby for deleting tenants:

      Dev Note: the 3scale tenant will not be 'instantaneously' deleted. Instead, it will be marked for future deletion (15 days). As of today, The 3scale operator cannot do anything about that. There is a system issue to tackle that feature: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/THREESCALE-2249
