      Remove any delays in the deletion of all objects. For example, remove the 15 day wait to really delete a tenant.

      So it seems it was product who originally requested the 15-day wait when deleting tenants? If that's true, we need to understand why to make sure we don't undermine the original reason. amasferr, mcheshir@redhat.com, any idea?

      Could it be related to the PoC / opportunity / eval free accounts, which should be deleted after 90 days or something (manual process with SAs that probably doesn't work...)?

      A new proposal is as follows:

      1. In the UI, somehow make it a little harder for users to delete and let them know the repercussions. (THREESCALE-4033)
      2. In the API, make all object deletion begin immediately (THREESCALE-2249)
      3. Deletions via UI - Completely get rid of the 15-day wait for deletion of tenants and any other objects that may be deleted asynchronously. That is, start any deletion immediately. (THREESCALE-4034)
      4. Make a jira template for the support team for restorations of any deleted object (cbartlet will do this). It will start with an explanation/reminder of how long it takes for engineering to restore from backup and the implications of that (the data is from yesterday or whenever the last backup was). It will follow with the suggestion that the client recreate manually anything that isn't big enough to warrant that time expenditure. After that, there will be a series of questions to provide the necessary info to engineering to restore the object.

      Things to talk about

      That depends on revisiting the 15d thing with product for tenants on Master/SaaS
      --> Needed?
      --> If needed, how to cover that need?
