Sizing guide

Docs folks need to know how the current memory limits for backend & system were derived and if they valid for production environments or should they be reviewed by customers.

They need a sizing guideline for both system and backend. (vertical and horizontal). They understand that this is very case-by-case depending on customers usage but still need some guidelines for customers.
