    Description

      When we are destroying in parallel, we need to destroy the users/accounts before the payment setting of the tenant. This way it will try to unstore the ctredit card for each one of them.
      By 'try', I mean doing a request once, and it could fail for many reasons, but for this issue is still ok, it will just ignore it, and we'll fix it in the next issue. This way we can add this fix to 2.7 and the next issue for 2.8
