The keepalive_timeout directive was left out of the Upstream Connection Policy due to the directive not being included in NGINX until 1.15.3. See the following comment: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-2166?focusedCommentId=13727102&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-13727102

However, it looks like Openresty will be upgraded to version 1.15.8.1 with THREESCALE-2200.

Can we circle back and add a keepalive_timeout option?
