Ability to modify timeout Nginx directives

      Some customers need to modify the default values of the following Nginx directives depending on the API backend they have:

      • keepalive_timeout
      • proxy_connect_timeout,
      • proxy_send_timeout,
      • proxy_read_timeout

      Currently this can be done using the steps provided in this KCS.

      The request is to make it configurable via env variable.
      Could also be possible to configure them per Service?
