      After merging https://github.com/3scale/porta/pull/687, we are lacking proper styling matching our 3scale/porta look and feel. The styling needs to be based on this mockup: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-1732.

      Also add copy writing from mockup.

      To be able to see the custom policies, add to config/rolling_updates.yml
