      Note: All the endpoints to manage custom policies are enabled by default in OCP.
      They depend on two rolling updates: policies, and policy_registry (see https://github.com/3scale/3scale-operator/pull/84). You should also use an access token with rw permission on the "Policy Registry API" scope.
