Mapping rules configuration for Istio adapter in the UI

Currently, system offers an option to configure the Istio adapter but once you're in, you can't see mapping rules or authentication (the two only sections needed) from Integration > Configuration

The request is to add an 'edit Istio adapter integration' section (just the APIcast feature) but with less functionality.

Functionality needed would be:

1) Mapping rules
