Make changes in Istio Adapter integration option in Admin Portal

    Description

      The Istio Adapter integration option was included in 2.4 (see https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-1426) but it needs some changes in order to improve the UX. Opening subtasks for each smaller changes needed.

      A 'Technology Preview' label should be added since this is not going to have full support in 2.5. Also in the UI so that it is clear.
