Activate/Approve account from its show page

It would be good to be able to activate/approve a created buyer account from its show page:

Right now it is only possible from the index of buyer accounts:

However, it is possible to suspend an active/approved account from its show page:

In this example, it is the master after creating a tenant, but we may have the same situation with tenants after creating their developers.

I told Thomas about this as not very important but nice to have and he agreed.
