There is a forum link for the newly created tenant

      1. Create new tenant
      2. Impersonate new tenant
      3. Go to the Audience -> Developer portal
      4. See the forum settings
      5. Click on them and get Forbidden

      There are forum settings in the developer portal section for the newly created tenant.

      In the default created tenant this section is missing but in the newly created it is available.
