Unable to import service if path annotation is empty or "/"

      1) Create new service in openshift.
      2) Set all neccesary annotations to said service.
      3) Set _discovery.3scale.net/path _ to "/".
      4) Try to import service.
      5) Check the sidekiq log.

    Description

      If you import service and you set "discovery.3scale.net/path" annotation to "/" or leave it empty it will fail.
