Define new roles in 3scale admin console and possibility to map this roles with a RHSSO attribute

      Now administration portal provides two roles (admin,member), there is the requirement of defining new roles in 3scale in order to be able to assing permissions to specific services. for instance users with role A are able to access services 1 and 2.
      Those roles should be mapped with RHSSO attributes, for instance in RHSSO configure for user1: atribute=roles value=roleA, roleB
