    Description

      Currently one of the prerequisites to install Oracle and integrate it with 3scale is to have access and use the system user credentials.

      There are scenarios where this is just not possible and therefore Oracle cannot be integrated successfully.

      The request here is to support an integration that allows use of a non-system user for both the installation and integration between Oracle and 3scale.
