Remove the mas channel from the 3scale Operator

      Current behaviour

      • When installing for the first time the 3scale Operator, by default the threescale-mas channel is set by default. Our documentation doesn't state which channel a customer must select and which is the difference between the threescale-mas channel and threescale-2.x versions. This leads to confusion and some customers select the threescale-mas channel which is incorrect.
      • When upgrading 3scale the threescale-mas channel is listed in the available channels. It appears as an option.

      Expected behaviour
      The 3scale Operator should only list the threescale-2.x channels. The threescale-mas channel should not be available.
