WHY
We want to allow customers to import Swagger 2 (OAS 2.0) compliant specs. This is supported by the 3scale Toolbox and so the operator will also need to support it to achieve parity.

Add support to the operator to consume OpenAPI CRs that refer to Swagger 2 (OAS 2.0) compliant specs.
