From the client - for the following, listed below, make the 'last updated by' and 'last updated at' fields available through the API, as we have a webhook configured to capture 3scale events, and we can capture it on our end. But it's very important for us to know at least these two bits of information.

1. Application Plan (both primary and customized plans) - created, updated, customized, deleted
2. Applications - updated, deleted
3. Customer (buyer) accounts - updated, deleted
