A customer has requested in-UI audit logging, with the option for email notifications as well.
They would like the following as a minimum feature set:
1. Application Plan (both primary and customized plans) - created, updated, customized, deleted
2. Applications - updated, deleted
3. Customer (buyer) accounts - updated, deleted
They want to see 'who' made the change and 'when' on the respective screens of the above objects.
It is expected that the deleted notifications would only be sent by email and not surfaced in the UI.
They have a team of Customer Success Managers that make changes to the platform without proper approvals or reviews, and they want to be able to identify 'who' and 'when' for such changes.
From a comment below
If you don't have the capacity to implement the UI features, you can at least make the 'last updated by' and 'last updated at' fields available through the API, as we have a webhook configured to capture 3scale events, and we can capture it on our end. But it's very important for us to know at least these two bits of information.
The part quoted above is now the definition of this issue, THREESCALE-10931.
