A developer that should be allowed to run assessments and analysis, but not to create or modify applications in the portfolio.

1) Created a user "migrator" with role admin and migrator.

2) Login as migrator user.

3) Assess an application , fill questionnaire.

4) Click on Manage dependencies and select any applications.See error .

5) Finish assessment and start review , fill fields and submit review.
No action on clicking "submit Review" . Review shows" Not started"

Expected Result : Review should be submitted .
