Step to reproduce:
1. Login as a migrator user
2. Go to Application inventory -> Assessment
3. Check an application and start a Review (Assessment should be completed)
4. Fill in the required fields
5. Click on "Submit review"

Actual result:
Nothing happens

Expected result:
The Review for this app gets completed
