As mentioned in point 3 in TACKLE-132 ,
. It must be possible to filter the data in the risks table by Application Name, Question (wildcarded substring) and Answer (windcarded substring).

1) Create few applications and assess and review
2) Go to report - Go to Identified Risk section
3) Filter Option shows "Name" where as there is no field called Name in report .
Available options are : Category , Questions, Answers and Applications.
4) Select Name in filter and provide name of application , results are not filtered.
