As a Technical Architect/Software Engineer/Project Manager I want to be able to review applications that have been assessed and record the appropriate action, and supporting metadata, that will inform the modernization/migration implementation phase.

Acceptance Criteria:
0. The UI will conform to the UXD design (slidedeck, Marvel mockup )
1. The Review action can only be invoked for Applications that have been assessed.
2. If an Application has already been reviewed then the existing review data will be displayed.
3. The Application Name and Description are those shown on the Application Inventory and are display only fields.
4. The Assessment notes field is a concatenation of the comments entered in the assessment.
5. The Risk doughnut chart is the issue count by category and reconciles to the Assessment Summary table.
6. The proposed action is a drop-down list with the following values:
Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire and Retain (reference).
7. The Effort estimation is a drop down list with the folowing values (Small, Medium, Large, Extra large).
8. The Business criticality is a drop down list range 1-10
9. The Work priority is a drop down list range 1-10
10. Comments is a free format text box
11. The Assessment Summary will allow the issues to be filtered by Rank (filtering by other criteria (Question and Answer to be defined)).
12. The cancel action will return control back to the Application Inventory with no changes saved.
13. The update action return control back to the Application Inventory with all changes saved.
