As a front-end developer I need to allow area-chart displays the ability to display inside of metric card displays. The current display only allows single metric displays

• this issue is part of the minimal requirements for display
• this issue is for allowing area-charts inside of metric card displays only
• the proposed overage display is a version of the area chart displays that utilizes 2 area charts. as long as the overage area registers as zero and appears first in the configuration order it will render as expected on the victory side
