Deploy swatch-contracts to stage

    Description

      Update our app-interface file to deploy swatch-contracts to the stage namespace.  Be sure that ENV variables to be injected are properly defined as well.

      File to be updated: data/services/insights/rhsm/cicd/deploy-clowder.yml
