An happy path notification test needs to be implemented in stage.

The goal is to create an over usage with real data and check for the email body.

The deduplication logic needs to disable to allow us to run the test effectively more than once a month.

The email check is already in place in IQE (assert_gmail_received).

The org used is already configured for the test test_utilization_direct_post_email, use the same logic so we don't need to configure a new one.

A draft of a potential implementation is attached.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The test is implemented and runs successfully in stage
• There is no limitation on the number and frequency of runs
