App-interface is blocking all changes in our tenant due to a duplicate resource definition in swatch-metrics-hbi.

The file swatch-metrics-hbi/deploy/clowdapp.yaml contains two separate ClowdApp resources in a single template, which causes app-interface validation to fail with: "Duplicate resources in your deployment template detected: ClowdApp/swatch-db-changelog-cleanup."

This is caused by SWATCH-4057 and is currently preventing any deployment updates from going through.
