• Identify any swatch-metrics-hbi specific migrations in swatch-database-migrations
• Transfer swatch-metrics-hbi migration scripts to swatch-metrics-hbi module (if any exist)
• Update swatch-metrics-hbi ClowdApp YAML to adopt complete native framework integration
• swatch-metrics-hbi can start independently with proper database initialization
• swatch-db-changelog-cleanup job available for swatch-metrics-hbi to release stuck locks
• Documentation updated explaining swatch-metrics-hbi migration independence
