      TODO: Description to be updated.  Not sure how to pull this in but it was definitely an escalation/injection in to the current sprint.  Pulled kflahert@redhat.com , rhn-sqe-tmcknigh  and awood1@redhat.com for troubleshooting because the urgency and the SMEs on how to resolve it...usually this would be a lightning card
