It's currently a manual process to get these credentials rotated - and then we need to update vault and "stuff".  If the vault credentials expire or get revoked or get rotated underneath us, billable usage can't be remitted to AWS anymore.

This card is to look into the app-interface controls around AWS accounts. Managing access the swatch AWS org for remittance should be something we control in app-interface and there is already a good model there we can use if the right connections can be set up.
