The automated test for logging in and navigating to the products page is failing and the why needs to be investigated.

[GUI] iqe-curiosity test almost consistently failing: test_ui_navigation_menu.py::test_ui_login[RhelAllMenu]

This test is login and navigation through top "Services" menu to products page.  It is almost always failing in the curiosity-parallel tests that are run against stage.  The one occurance I found of it passing was  October 30th https://reportportal-smqe.apps.dno.ocp-hub.prod.psi.redhat.com/ui/#subscription_watch/launches/-2/356004?item0Params=filter.cnt.name%3Dtest_ui_login%26page.page%3D1

Error:

self.view.paginator_top.set_per_page(100)
ValueError: count '100' is not a valid option in the pagination dropdown
