Definition of Done

• Separate alerts fired created for the following products & cloud marketplaces
  • rosa - aws
  • ansible-aap-managed - aws
  • rhel-for-x86-els-payg-addon - aws
  • rhel-for-x86-els-payg-addon - azure
  • rhel-for-x86-els-payg - aws
• If any of the above remit 0 for any of their metrics for more than 2 hours then the alert should fire
• The alert will 
  • Send a message to swatch-alerts slack
  • Fire off in pager duty or whatever mechanism to text Barnaby
