Currently we are able to quickly get the results of saving an event through a direct db check. Now with the latest changes from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SWATCH-2558, we need to see how much longer it takes to see the event using an async method to check the db after since we cannot get a synchronous response from kafka yet.
This card is to gather information about the following:
- See exactly how much longer it takes to run test cases that save events with these new kafka changes.
- Show data to devs and discuss if this longer amount of time for PR checks is acceptable or if we need to make further changes.
