GUI - Inventory table component requires updating for new version of Patternfly

As a UI developer I need to address the technical debt of upgrading the table component to Patternfly's composable table. This is prep that falls under the React 18 and Patternfly updates for 2023.

Acceptance criteria

• Existing Instance inventory and Subscriptions inventory components are updated to the Patternfly 4 composable table
• Existing guests display component is updated to the Patternfly 4 composable table

Assumptions and questions

• The new version of Patternfly will not include the current table component used by the UI.
• Product Discovery contains a composable table wrapper that will be leveraged as the basis for this update, https://github.com/quipucords/quipucords-ui/tree/main/src/components/table 
• These updates should require regression checks
