We currently limit the number of dynamically provisioned PVs per EFS shares to 120, it was due to an AWS limit on the number of access point per EFS share.

They recently bumped this number to 1000, we need QE to verify if we can safely go beyond 120 PVs per share.

Goal would be align with the 1000 limit but we may set a lower limit if we think this is safer.

Start with latest release available to customers (4.12). We should plan to "backporting" the support up to 4.10.
