Description of problem:
On January 17th 2023, Amazon Elastic File System (Amazon EFS) has increased the maximum number of Access Points per file system from 120 to 1,000: https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2023/01/amazon-efs-increases-access-points-file-system/ Our documentation still lists the old limit of 120 per file system: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/storage/container_storage_interface//persistent-storage-csi-aws-efs.html#csi-dynamic-provisioning-aws-efs_persistent-storage-csi-aws-efs
