In order to separate the audit data persistence part from the query part:

Create a set of new data index addons to only persist data to audit tables in different supported databases without exposing the GraphQL interface
Create a new Read only service to provide access to replicated data from multiple runtimes. This service will contain the GraphQL part of the current Data Index service that allow to query and consume the audit data and also the Gateway part to allow to interact with the different runtimes.
