When we execute the web console procedure from an OCP installation to install the OSL 1.33.0, the option we have to pick has the "alpha" channel as the only available. The question is, now that we are on the GA, shouldn't it say "stable" instead?

Then, I did a quick search in the Subscriptions present in the installation, and effectively, a subscription for the just installed OSL 1.33.0 operator with the channel "alpha" was created. Which is consistent with the available option.
Does it make sense to potentially change that subscription to "stable" (in case the OSL shoud be stable) and maybe restart a POD or something in case we need to stick to a stable channel?

The question is because, when we deliver OSL 1.34.0 and if this must be in the "stable" channel, how will a potential update from OSL 1.33.0 to 1.34.0 work?
