In the linked issue, we tested how ksvc can connect to existing deployments and vice versa, in conjunction with different namespace setups.

We should:

1. Add a table to our docs that shows what we've found out. It should clearly show what works and what doesn't.
2. For the one thing that doesn't work (deployment outside of the SMMR connecting to the service) we should outline what to do to make it work (using the public URL in this case should work, clarifying in the other item)
