Business Impact:
The customer is using OpenShift Pipelines to manage business critical processes with dependencies, it's used more as workflow engine which makes it even more critical. A failed pipelines is causing issues for following pipelines and there is a chain reaction which needs manual invention on each failed pipeline.

After SRVKP-4165 (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SRVKP-4165) got fixed we hit with the new Pipelines 1.19 the following issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SRVKP-8616.
We request to prioritise https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SRVKP-9454 to backport this fix to Pipelines 1.19
