- Install OSP 1.18.x
- Run any pipeline to get some data in `Overview` page
- Restart the `tekton-results-postgres-0` pod
- Observe the `Overview` page throws `Oh No! Something Went Wrong error`.
- Restart the `tekton-results-api` pod
- Observe the `Overview` page is now loading but the results data is no longer available.
