Epic Goal

Allow admin to provide a reference to any secret that contains database configurations for Tekton Results

Results uses Postgres secret with a particular name, the secrets are created with random names. User should have an option to create secrets with names specified by them in the Tekton config.

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
• Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.
• Admin can reference and existing secret with any name for Tekton Results database configuration
