1. Proposed title of this feature request

Ability to use any name for Secret of tekton results External_DB credentials

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

we would like to change the tekton results secret name, based on the documentation we should create the secret name as tekton-results-postgres #https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_pipelines/1.18/html/observability_in_openshift_pipelines/using-tekton-results-for-openshift-pipelines-observability#results-db_using-tekton-results-for-openshift-pipelines-observability.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

it is not always possible to create with same name. we need option to override the secret name.
