Story (Required)

The dockerconfig optional workspace present in the ClusterTasks, is missing in the S2I tasks of tekton ecosystem catalog. This needs to be added to provide more flexibility to the customers to decide the way they want to provide the config.json file.

Background (Required)

Currently we are using Kubernetes secrets and service accounts for authentication to container registries during pipeline runs. The secret which is attached to the SA contains the credentials to log in to the private container registries (which maybe required by our tasks).
