As the tekton ecosystem team/repositories will hold/manage/organize Red Hat supported resources (Task, Pipeline, …), we need to adopt/import ClusterTask that are currently supported and shipped with OpenShift Pipelines so that users can rely on the task we ship as part of openshift pipelines. Also that the tasks are kept updated independent of OpenShift pipeline lifecycle. Decoupling of tasks from OpenShift pipelines helps users get latest versions independent of OpenShift lifecycle. 

• Identify ClusterTasks we want to import, ClusterTasks we want to deprecated, …
• Import all Tasks (depends on TKNECO-4 for "where")
• Mark as deprecate the one we want to deprecate

A follow-up epic on this will be to enhance each one of those Tasks.
