Not all Task or Pipeline are self-managed. Some may need some extra objects, such as RBAC setup applied, ConfigMap or other objects.

This epics is about exploring what can the Ecosystem do about it, and how should we organize the catalog around this (if we allow that in the first place). This has implication on how we ship those tasks as well.
