Description of problem:

• A PR is sent.
• The PLR cannot be instanciated for some reason (e.g. quota restriction).
• GH will display the Pipeline as failed, without any PLR name.
• The quota issue is fixed.
• An update to the PR is sent.
• The PLR run successfully.
• GH will display the Pipeline as failed. When opening the pipeline, 2 tasks are shown. The initial failed pipeline and the new successful pipeline (see attached screenshots).

Workaround

• User needs to access the details of the failed pipeline to check the status.
