To ensure the OpenShift Pipelines operator can be deployed, managed, and utilized effectively within HyperShift OpenShift hosted clusters.

Why is this important? 

OpenShift Pipelines provides a powerful and scalable platform for building, deploying, and automating CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift. As HyperShift gains popularity as a cost-effective and portable OpenShift form factor, it is crucial to ensure that Pipelines, like other layered operators, is fully functional in this environment. This will enable users to leverage the capabilities of Pipelines within HyperShift OpenShift hosted clusters and ensure a consistent CI/CD experience across different OpenShift architectures.

• Deploying the OpenShift Pipelines operator on a HyperShift OpenShift hosted cluster.
