CSI and Projected Volume workspace support

Epic Goal

• As a user, I want to be able to use CSI driver and projected volumes in my Task/Pipeline workspaces

Why is this important?

• Projected volumes and CSI driver volume are part of the kubernetes API and can be used to provide important data to pods (entitelments for RH, …)

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
• Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.

Dependencies (internal and external)

Upstream feature needs to be under the beta feature flag or stable
