    Description

      When Console component will be opted out from 4.12 and if the pipelines operator is installed then console specific addon CRDs like ConsoleLink , ConsoleCLIDownload , ConsoleYAMLSample and ConsoleQuickStart will fail to create. This failure shouldn't affect the pipeline operator installation
